Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter to join our marketing team. You’ll craft compelling copy across multiple channels that engages our audience, strengthens our brand voice, and drives results. This role is perfect for a wordsmith who can turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, compelling copy for various marketing channels including website content, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and landing pages
Develop creative concepts and headlines for advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns
Craft product descriptions, case studies, white papers, and other sales enablement materials
Write and edit content that aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines
Adapt messaging for different audiences, platforms, and stages of the customer journey
Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Optimize copy for SEO while maintaining quality and readability
Review and edit work for grammar, clarity, and brand consistency
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
Portfolio demonstrating strong writing across various formats and channels
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to write in different tones and styles for various audiences and platforms
Strong understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey
Experience with SEO best practices and writing for web
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in [specific industry: B2B SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, etc.]
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and A/B testing
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid search copy
Experience with UX writing and microcopy
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides
Copywriting certifications or continuing education
Portfolio Requirements
