The Opportunity

We’re a modern software consulting firm helping companies move faster with AI, custom software, and rapid prototyping. We’re expanding through a small group of independent sales partners who want uncapped upside selling high-ticket B2B consulting engagements.

This is a true performance-based partnership. No base, no cap, no micromanagement.

What You’ll Sell (High-Ticket Services)

Our services are designed to open doors with innovation, then scale into large enterprise engagements:

AI Enablement & Transformation

• AI strategy & roadmap consulting

• Generative AI & agent integration (LLMs, RAG, copilots)

• Enterprise AI foundations (MLOps, governance, data platforms)

Vibe Code Fix™ (AI-Assisted Rapid Prototyping)

• Turn AI-generated or “vibe-coded” prototypes into production-ready systems

• Fast MVPs → hardened, scalable software

• Ideal wedge for startups, innovation teams, and enterprises experimenting with AI

Custom Software & Digital Transformation

• Full-stack custom application development

• Cloud-native & microservices architectures

• Legacy system modernization & cloud migration

• Ongoing managed support & retainers

Typical deal sizes: ~ $50k–$1M+

Strong expansion & repeat revenue potential

Your Role

• Prospect and qualify B2B buyers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Product, Stakeholders , Ops, etc.)

• Lead discovery conversations and identify high-value opportunities

• Position our services and close engagements (with technical support from our team)

• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business

You own your pipeline. We support you through closing.

Who This Is For

• 2+ year of B2B consulting, IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software sales

• Existing network of decision-makers strongly preferred

• Comfortable with longer sales cycles and high-ticket deals

• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by uncapped income

• Able to speak technical concepts at a high level (no coding required)

Not a fit if you need

• A base salary or draw

• Inbound-only leads

• Short transactional sales cycles

• Heavy management or rigid quotas

Compensation Structure

• Commission-only (1099)

• Competitive percentage of gross fees collected

• Uncapped earnings - top partners can realistically earn $150k–$450k+ annually

• Residual commissions available on retainers and recurring work

• Clear payout terms (paid after client payment)

Details finalized in a simple Independent Sales Rep Agreement.
