Job Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We’re a creative agency partnering with brands to build relevance, culture, and growth. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, translate brand strategy into scroll-stopping content, and keep everything moving on time and on brand.

This role is equal parts strategist, creator, and operator. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver social that actually performs.

What You’ll Do

Own social media execution across multiple client accounts

• Translate client goals into platform-specific content strategies

• Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars for several brands at once

• Write platform-native captions, hooks, and CTAs

• Coordinate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and video

• Schedule and publish content across all major platforms

• Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs on behalf of clients

• Track performance metrics and deliver client-ready reports and insights

• Optimize content based on analytics, trends, and algorithm shifts

• Participate in client calls, presentations, and campaign planning

• Ensure brand voice, tone, and guidelines are followed consistently

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of social media experience, ideally in an agency environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple brands with different voices and audiences

• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

• Experience using social management and analytics tools

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bonus Points

• Video-first mindset (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

• Experience supporting paid social campaigns

• Influencer or UGC coordination experience

• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)

• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, captions, or scheduling

• Experience presenting performance insights to clients
